In 2011, Stu and Sarah bid farewell to their 9-to-5 routine and embarked on a journey that led them to the vibrant Melbourne coffee culture. Captivated by the charm of "Aussie Style Coffee," they ventured into the world of specialty coffee. Armed with the best beans and techniques from the Aussie coffee scene, Lost Sheep Coffee was born in their hometown of Whitstable, Kent.
2012 marked the year we acquired a three-wheeled micro coffee van, making its debut on Canterbury's bustling high street. Our mission was straightforward: introduce our local community to the wonders of Aussie Specialty Coffee. By 2014, we had evolved to the Lost Sheep Coffee Pod.
In 2017, a significant milestone was achieved. Our Canterbury Pod transformed into our esteemed award-winning Specialty Coffee Roastery in Whitstable, Kent. We diligently roast and despatch beans and capsules to our cherished customers across the globe, in addition to supplying our exceptional wholesale partners.
