It felt like my mouth was in an endless battle, even though I was religiously brushing with fluoride toothpaste and swishing antibacterial mouthwash twice a day.
But here's the kicker: when I hit 30, I was in great health, but I was still dealing with cavities. Something didn't add up. So, I went on a mission to figure things out. I needed answers.
After some digging, I stumbled upon the work of a legendary dentist from the early 20th century - Weston Price. This guy was a trailblazer, traveling the world to study the oral health of indigenous cultures and their diets.
His findings, published in 1939, were like a breath of fresh air. He pinpointed the foods that these cultures had been eating for generations, foods that gave them strong dental structures, perfect jaws, and teeth. And his approach was brilliantly simple - using food as medicine to tackle dental problems. He was reversing cavities and dishing out advice on foods that could supercharge oral health.
So, I decided to follow in his footsteps, adopting his principles. Zerolla, well, that's my way of spreading the word and helping everyone achieve tip-top oral health by nipping problems in the bud. Why do I do this? Because I wholeheartedly believe that oral health is the cornerstone of overall well-being, paving the way for a happier, healthier life for all.
