Global Adventures: From managing Cancer Research UK stores to working in buying & merchandising at JD Sports Head Office, Xander's path led him to the European Headquarters of 7 For All Mankind in Switzerland. His experiences in Italy and the UK set the stage for founding Xander Kostroma Fashion Ltd. in 2015.
